MEDIUM-LONG TERM Plans, of all kinds, are made with goals at three time borders: short term, medium term and long term. Normally the short term reaches up to 3-6 months and sometimes, in very long projects, up to 1 year. The medium term usually goes from 6 months to 3 years. The long term goes from 3 years onwards.
